Our programs
We offer self-paced online certificate courses (priced as shown on the Site, currently US$79 each) and custom, personally-delivered customer-service training (priced by enquiry). Course content is for your personal learning and may be updated or improved over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Pesapal. Prices are shown on the program pages. By purchasing, you authorise the charge for the selected program.
Access & delivery
After successful payment you will receive access details and instructions in your customer dashboard. Self-paced courses include lifetime access unless stated otherwise. Custom training is scheduled directly with Ruth.
Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued for paid courses upon meeting the completion criteria. They acknowledge participation and completion of the course content.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
All course materials, text, graphics and the Site itself are owned by Ruth Jackson and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, share your paid access with others, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems.
